The slowest part of hiring is usually the part that has nothing to do with the candidate. Panel availability is negotiated by hand, three timezones are checked against each other, and the confirmation often goes to the wrong address. This workflow reads the panelists' calendars, finds the windows where everyone is genuinely free, and proposes three concrete slots instead of asking an open question. Once the candidate picks, the time is written back to the application and the confirmation goes to the panel in one message, so nobody has to remember it. The day before each interview, every panelist receives a short brief with the resume, the role scorecard, and the specific questions they own. If an interview passes with nothing filed against it, the next open slot is offered before the candidate drifts. A human still decides who sits on the panel, confirms the candidate by eye, and steps in when a shift pattern or a relationship makes an automated slot wrong.
