What breaks
A page is built, ranked first, and pushed live, so the traffic arrives at something nobody has clicked through. A form that errors on a phone, a tag that fires twice, or a thank-you page that does not exist is noticed only once the spend has gone up.
What the workflow does
- Check every live variant on a schedule: links resolve, forms submit, and the confirmation lands where it should.
- Submit the form on a phone and a laptop, and record the completion rate for each page.
- Verify the tracking fires once per conversion, and name the events the results depend on.
- Watch completion rates against their recent average, and flag the page that caused the drop.
- Write the result back onto the variant, so the test history lives with the page instead of in a deck.
What a human still approves
The page owner decides which variant to keep and when a test has run long enough to call. The workflow reports the numbers and flags the friction; it does not edit a page or end a test.
