What breaks
A campaign starts as a deck and ends as six documents in six places, so scope changes nobody tracked. Sales hears one date, the agency hears another, and the landing page has nobody's name on it.
What the workflow does
- Write one brief covering the goal, audience, offer, channels, budget, and the single number the campaign is judged on.
- Name an owner and a date for every channel, including the pages and emails it depends on.
- Break the plan into tasks with dependencies, so a late landing page shows up as a risk rather than a surprise.
- Run a go or no-go check in the two days before launch: links, forms, tracking, approvals, and the way to undo it.
- Record what actually shipped, next to the plan, so the next campaign starts from evidence.
What a human still approves
The campaign owner sets the goal, the budget, and the final go or no-go call. The workflow assembles and checks the plan; it does not decide that a campaign should launch.
