Setup time
15 minutes
Keep a one-page brief per target account: the people who matter, what changed there recently, and the reason to reach out this week.
Check each inbound lead's fields, territory, and open opportunities, then send it to one named owner with a response clock attached.
Turn research activity and buying signals into one routed action with an owner and a date.
Score every account against the same written firmographic and intent criteria, so two reps reach the same answer about whether it is worth working.
