Documentation

Instruction-ready detail below

When a competitor shows up in a deal, reps improvise from whatever the last person happened to say about them. Half the claims are out of date, a few are exaggerated, and the comparison that actually mattered was never written down. That is usually where the deal is lost. This workflow keeps one short card per competitor and keeps it honest. It scans call transcripts and notes for competitor names, pulls the objection the buyer actually raised, and matches it to the line on the card that answers it. Claims that cannot be traced to a source are marked for review rather than left in place. Cards nobody has touched in a quarter are listed with their owner. A human still confirms every factual claim before the card goes back in front of reps. The result is one current comparison per competitor and an answer available while the buyer is still talking.
