Documentation
Instruction-ready detail below
Social gets checked in the gaps between other work, so the first thing that happens is a comment from two days ago getting an answer, and the numbers from a post that did well are never looked at again. This workflow collects the previous day's comments, mentions, and per-post results from the accounts the team publishes from, drops the duplicates and the ones that are really advertising, and groups the rest by what they are asking. The read that lands in the morning has three parts: what was asked and needs a reply today, what was posted and how it did against its own recent average, and anything that looks like a pattern rather than a one-off. Questions asked before are marked, with the answer that worked, so the same reply is not written twice. The note is archived where the team already looks, which is what makes last week's version findable. What a human still decides is what gets said, in what voice, and which replies are worth a founder's name; the workflow sorts the morning and keeps the record.
