Standard Paper Turnaround

What breaks: most incoming non-disclosure and master agreements look like the last fifty, yet each one waits in a review queue for a lawyer who is finishing something more valuable. Requesters conclude that legal takes days and start working around the process instead of using it. The few agreements that genuinely differ end up buried in the same queue as the routine ones. What the workflow does: it checks each request against the approved positions, and when nothing falls outside them it clears the agreement for signature and tells the requester the expected turnaround before they wait. When one clause does fall outside, it returns that clause only, with the wording we received and a suggested fallback, so the reviewer is not re-reading the whole document. A turnaround clock starts on arrival and stops when signature is complete. What a person still approves: a lawyer approves any agreement that leaves the standard positions, and the requester confirms who is signing.
