Instruction-ready detail below
Contracts come back after the first redline with a security questionnaire nobody answered and a procurement form that needed a finance signature, and each bounce costs another week. This workflow checks the contract against the buyer's own requirements before anybody opens a redline. It collects the security questionnaire, the procurement form, the data-handling terms, the approval thresholds, and the signing authority, then marks each one with an owner and a status instead of a single in-progress tag. Standard answers come from the response library the team already maintains, so nothing is written from scratch under deadline. Anything the library cannot answer, or that needs a legal read, is named on the checklist with the person who has to answer it and the date they promised. The deal is not marked ready while a required item is open, which is a much harder conversation before signature than after it. A human still decides which buyer terms to concede, what the answer is to anything new, and when the deal is genuinely ready to sign.
