Documentation

Instruction-ready detail below

Most engagement surveys produce a deck and then nothing. Results are averaged across the whole company, shown once to a leadership group that cannot act on the detail, and a team scoring badly on workload is buried inside a number that looks acceptable. This workflow turns a closed survey cycle into a short list of named follow-ups. Results are grouped into themes rather than scores, and each low-scoring theme is attached to the teams responsible for it. Within a week, every affected manager gets the three themes that matter most for their team and a booked conversation about what actually changes. Themes carry forward, so the next cycle is compared against this one instead of starting from scratch. A human still decides what to commit to, whether a low score is a real signal or a small sample, and how much of the result is shared more widely. The workflow makes sure the result lands with an owner; it does not decide the response.

Problem this workflow solves

Survey results are collapsed into a company-wide average, presented once, and then nothing changes. A team scoring badly on workload disappears inside the global number, so the one manager who could actually fix it never hears about it.
